About TCA

TCA was founded in 2001 by Tom Cameron as a Strategic Business Partner of Profiles International, Inc. Tom started out selling human resources assessments to companies and schools throughout Oklahoma and the US.

Over the next few years, TCA expanded to include consulting for public school administrators, drawing on Tom's background as a school superintendent. This led Tom to develop a series of innovative teamwork training workshops which utilize assessments to identify team member personality traits. Since then, he has become internationally-recognized in the use of assessments for training.

As TCA enters its second decade the company is larger than ever and still growing. Five new associates were added in the last two years, enabling TCA to expand its services for both its business and public education clients. Read more...
